When a refund applies

You get a full refund if we cannot deliver what you ordered — the product is out of stock, or we fail to deliver within the time stated on its page. You may change your order for a different product at any time before it is confirmed. Once a subscription has been activated or a licence key has been shown to you, it cannot be refunded. It is covered by the warranty instead: if it stops working during the period you paid for, we repair or replace it. Apply within 24 hours of placing the order.

How long it takes

bKash, Nagad and Rocket refunds are sent back to the same number within one working day. Bank transfers take 3 to 7 working days, depending on the bank. We refund to the account the payment came from and nowhere else.
